The Scotland Food & Drink Regional Village is one of this year's highlights! Created by Scotland Food & Drink, the Village offers a chance for visitors to meet the producers, and to taste and buy the best produce from the various regions of Scotland.
Providing products from all over Scotland, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about the farmers, growers and processors who make Scotland food and drink so distinctive. The Village includes a selection of fantastic producers from regions such as Taste of Grampian; Perth & Kinross; East Lothian Food & Drink; Savour the Flavours of Dumfries & Galloway; and the Highlands and the Islands.
You can also see the Regional Village come to life with a series of cookery demonstrations and tastings led by the Federation of Chef Scotland (www.scottishchefs.co.uk). Top chefs and producers will be at hand to provide a wealth of top tips and ideas to cook at home.
